Ideal Use	As a protectant and preserver for new or old metal and asphalt roofs, gutters and metal flashings, for dampproofing masonry and concrete structures, foundation walls, footings, retaining walls, wing walls, abutments and culverts
Application Type	Brush or Spray-Applied
Application Temperature	Ambient (thickens at low temperature)
Chemical Resistance	Resists water, calcium chloride, salt, mild acid and alkaline solutions. Non-resistant to oils or solvents.
Clean Up	Mineral Spirits
Shelf Life	12 Months
