Non-Fibered Asphalt Roof and Foundation Coating

A non-fibered, solvent type asphalt roof and foundation damp proofing coating of medium paint consistency designed to preserve new and existing metal and smooth surface asphalt roofing.
Ideal UseTo protect and preserve new or old metal and asphalt roofs, gutters and metal flashings. It also dampproofs masonry and concrete structures, preventing moisture absorption or migration. It is ideal for foundation walls, footings, retaining walls, wing walls, abutments and culverts.

Chemical
Resistance		Resists water, calcium chloride, salt, mild acid and alkaline solutions. Non-resistant to oils or solvents.
Clean UpMineral Spirits
RestrictionsNot designed to control water pressure. Avoid using where solvent odours may taint food or other products. Roof surfaces should be dry. Do not apply to wet surfaces. During cold weather, condition 810-07 in a warm temperature before using.
